The transaction was led by Bradesco BBI as lead coordinator, with BTG Pactual acting as coordinator and Opea as securitization company.<\/p>\n<p>The bookbuilding process exceeded initial expectations, setting the total offering amount at BRL 250 million, including the full exercise of the additional 25% allocation option provided for in the issuance structure. The result reflects strong investor appetite for the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>The offering was structured into three series, designed to meet different investor profiles. The first series has a five-year maturity, with remuneration equivalent to 100% of the CDI rate plus 2.50% per year. The second series, also with a five-year term, carries a fixed interest rate of 16.37% per year. The third series has a longer seven-year maturity and will be remunerated at IPCA + 11.40% per year.<\/p>\n<p>The public offering was conducted under a firm commitment underwriting structure, targeting qualified and professional investors.<\/p>\n<p>This is the company\u2019s second issuance with a credit rating. For this transaction, Moody\u2019s assigned an A rating (investment grade) on the national scale, reinforcing FriGol\u2019s financial strength, operational consistency, and disciplined management.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis issuance represents a milestone for the company. For the first time, we have reached a broader base of qualified individual investors. The strong market reception demonstrates recognition of our consistent efforts in governance, operational efficiency and financial discipline,\u201d said Luciano Pascon, CEO of FriGol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the largest amount ever raised by FriGol. As in previous issuances, the proceeds will be used to extend the company\u2019s debt profile, reduce financial costs and support operational activities. We view CRA issuances as an efficient financing instrument to support the company\u2019s sustainable growth,\u201d said Carlos Corr\u00eaa, Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About FriGol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FriGol is one of Brazil\u2019s leading and most traditional beef processors.
