São Paulo, October 2025 – FriGol, one of Brazil’s leading and most traditional beef processors, will participate in Anuga 2025, held from October 4 to 8 in Cologne, Germany. The trade fair, held every two years, is considered the largest food and beverage event in the world.

FriGol will have a booth at the Brazilian Beef pavilion, organized by the Brazilian Beef Exporters Association (ABIEC) in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).

“Anuga is an excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships with clients and reinforce our market diversification strategy, as the event brings together representatives not only from the European Union, but also from several markets around the world,” says Luciano Pascon, CEO of FriGol. The company’s presence at the fair comes in the context of expanding exports, which in the second quarter of this year accounted for 56% of FriGol’s total revenue.

The European Union is one of the most traditional and demanding markets for Brazilian beef, with strong demand for premium cuts, high quality standards, and strict social and environmental criteria. “FriGol has been authorized to export to the EU for over 20 years, which underscores our ability to meet the most demanding markets in the world,” says Rogério Bonato, Export Director at FriGol.

Anuga brings together companies, specialists, and opinion leaders to present trends, innovations, and technologies that are shaping the future of the sector. In its last edition, in 2023, Anuga featured 7,900 exhibitors from 118 countries and welcomed more than 140,000 visitors from 200 nations, generating an estimated US$530 million in business.
