FriGol, one of Brazil’s leading and most established beef processors, signed an industrial processing services agreement with DistriBoi on March 3, covering the company’s two processing plants located in Ji-Paraná and Rolim de Moura, in the state of Rondônia.
Under the agreement, FriGol will be responsible for livestock procurement and product commercialization, while DistriBoi will carry out slaughtering, deboning, and processing operations at its facilities.
This partnership strengthens FriGol’s presence in Rondônia and expands its cattle supply base by adding a region recognized for its well-established livestock industry and consistent availability of high-quality cattle.
DistriBoi’s processing plants are approved to export to several international markets already served by FriGol, reinforcing the company’s strategic presence in countries such as China, Israel, Chile, and Canada, while also enabling FriGol to enter the United States market.
The agreement is aligned with FriGol’s sustainable growth strategy, combining operational efficiency with disciplined financial management and high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
